QC & Certificates

Since many years, we attached a big focus on Quality Control and Certificates.

To avoid unpleasant surprises, our teams follow on a daily basis by moving the productions with specific points at each stage : 

- manufacturing follow-up

-  inspection in progress

- inspection at the end of production.

It’s a priority for us to secure all productions. 

 

About quality control, we have 3 peoples inside the company in charge of quality control for all productions.

We also provide according to customer request an external quality control. 

The main purpose of the quality control is to verify the visual and functional conformity of the ordered product.  

 

About Certificates:

REACH - Registration/Evaluation/Autorisation and restriction of Chemicals: EU regulation adopted in order to protect human health and environment against risks related to some chemicals materials.

ROHS - Restriction Of Hazardous Substances: European directive (2011/65/eu) voted in order to limit the use of 6 dangerous substances (lead, cadmium etc.) and target exclusively electric and electronic products.

EN-71: Apply to toys manufactured or imported in the EU. Divided in 13 parts, most frequently quoted are 1-2-3 which correspond to chemicals materials and their rates of presence contained in a product, security and quality, plus flammability.

EN13130-1 & EN1186: Norms related to materials and products in contact with food. 

EN13356: This norm targets requirements and specificities related to optical and surfaces performance used for accessories designed to be used in situation of non-profesionnal activity and in order to visually signal the user’s presence when he is illuminated by a vehicle on the road at night.

ISA 16949:2009 / ISO 9001:2000 & 2008     BSCI    SEDEX : Those are quality management systems and standards designed to help organizations ensure that they meet the needs of customers and other stakeholders while meeting statutory and regulatory requirements related to a product, service, conditions of work or environment.

CE Labelling and Certficat of Conformity: This label is exclusively attributed to products which are targeted by the community harmonisation legislation. Do not apply by products commercialized by our company except if ordered goods are dedicated to be mainly used by children and/or will be distributed as toys.
